Deep Cleaning

Grout Coloring

Discolored grout happens over time. The grout is very porous and absorbs materials that discolor the pigment that makes up the grout color. ICS Tile and Grout Services can recolor the grout to the desired look. We use water based epoxy stains to achieve uniform grout color. The bonus is the epoxy stain also waterproofs the grout.

Sealing of New Grout and Stone

All newly installed natural stone and grout are very porous materials. We suggest sealing the surfaces to maximize stain resistance to prevent dirt’s and greases from penetrating below the surface of the stone and grout. This will give years of protection to minimize discoloration. We seal Grout, Granite, Marble, Travertine, Slate and concrete.

Polishing and Sealing Natural Stone

All types of Natural Stone tend to wear and scratch over the years. In order for the stone to shine once more, diamond polishing and honing is what is required. ICS Tile and Grout Services can polish the stone using Diamond polishing pads along with honing powder to find the shine again. Let us protect the newly polished surface with our penetrating sealant.

Re-Grouting

ICS Tile and Grout Services can also re-grout showers and countertops as well. Years of soap, calcium and minerals in the water build up on the tile surface that is difficult to clean, especially in showers. These materials also penetrate the grout and often need replacing of the grout.
